Cooking
Etienne started cooking during his classical music studies in the U.S.A and the fusion of his African home, his European ancestries and his studies in the U.S.A. resulted in a cooking stile not found in any restaurant.
Preparing regular meals at his Family lodge www.maquedalodge.com he constantly expands his cooking style and enjoys using old European traditional food with a African inspiration.
